I tried making this myself, but still couldn’t manage to get it completely clear, so I bought a portable clear ice maker, and it came out PERFECT!
Ice makers that make clear-ice are actually pretty interesting and make your drink look more appealing to drink.
I’m still trying to find the best kind of ice tray to use for this trick. Silicone ones do work well, but I think the size of the cubes are important too – the bigger they are, the longer it takes to freeze as well.
